Yes, delivery to anywhere in the UK mainland is included when you purchase a new PTO machine. This will include helping you set it up and run it. For those not on the UK mainland we can deliver to a shipping company. You will need to arrange onward shipping with them.

We service and provide parts for the pressure washers we sell.

Yes, we keep a full range of spare parts for our pressure washers to get yours working again.

Give us a ring. We’ll try and establish what made it stop and either send you a replacement part or arrange to repair it.

Yes, if the temperature drops then the water inside the pump will freeze. This can cause serious damage to the pump.

If you can’t keep your machine in a warm place you can suck anti-freeze into the pump to protect it. Hoses can be blown out with an air line or hung up to drain.

Do not attempt to run when frozen! Let it slowly thaw. Do not heat it directly as this can cause more damage.

Once you are sure it has thawed completely you can try running it. If it anything is wrong stop it immediately and ring us.

You might just need a new nozzle. These can be posted out and you can fit them yourself. Give us a ring and if we think that’s all it needs we’ll send you one.

You might just need to prime the pump.

Yes, the oil should be changed after the first 50 hours then every 150 hours but it should done at least once a year.

Repairs should always be carried out by a competent engineer. Do not attempt to
disassemble your pressure washer by yourself. Doing so could cause more damage and void any warranty.
